Spoke to Angelina today about a few concerns I have with my property - being my first home, it’s all very daunting! She was immediately able to put all of my concerns to rest - she spent a considerable amount of time talking with me, discussing all of my worries and giving sound advice throughout - not once did I feel pressured or feel like I was having a sales pitch in any way. Paul Palmer - Handled initial conversations, taking as much time as was needed to address initial queries and concerns.

I had four companies quote for repairing some 3-5mm cracks in my internal.hall wall and lesser ones elsewhere. One didn't even turn up, just a Zoom call...really?.Unimpressive.
Paul Palmer of Geosec was the best of the three visiting 'reps'. He took into account all of the 'presenting symptoms', whereas one other gent limited himself to just the hall. Paul.was reassuringly straightforward in analysing the situation and, post-quotation, was adept at modifying it to suit my needs. Nice fella.
The crew turned up several weeks later, were efficient, tidy, worked hard. Their engineer was excellent in.monitoring things, informing me at the various stages, and keeping the job on track. The lads were scrupulous clean and tidy, their work ethic unrelenting. Hope you enjoyed the apples!
I waited a month after the injection process to let the house settle and to see if if there were going to be any 'knock-on' problems before doing this review. No big issues. One crack never fully closed, but it seems to.be stable. Two.others have milimetrically reopened,but again, seem stable. All-in-all, satisfactory. I recently reached out to Geosec needing advice about a tree in my garden, located about 5m from my house. I wanted to know if it was one of the causes of the subsidence on my neighbour’s side.

After the initial contact with Geosec, I received a quick response from enquiries@, and I followed up by emailing over some photos. I then spoke to Paul Palmer, who was able to assess the situation based on my responses and the photos I provided, and then explain the practical and technical aspects of the subsidence issue. Paul was very patient and communicated everything clearly, in layman’s terms. He had a positive and proactive approach and was incredibly knowledgeable. The conversation provided me with enough information to make decisions regarding my tree and garden, and from what I understand, Paul also advised my neighbour on their subsidence issue.
