Absolutely outstanding service — I cannot recommend GEOSEC highly enough.

I was concerned about potential subsidence at my property and had contacted several companies, but unfortunately received unclear advice and requests for payment before any proper assessment. My experience changed completely when I came across GEOSEC.

After sending over some photos, I received a prompt and professional response from Paul, who was knowledgeable, transparent, and straight to the point. He kindly took the time to visit my property free of charge, providing clear and honest advice, and reassuring me that there were no signs of subsidence.

The level of service I received was exceptional. Not only was there no cost involved, but the professionalism, integrity, and customer care were truly impressive. I don’t often write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to share my experience.

Had some concerns about potential subsidence in a property I've recently purchased. After revealing the brickwork and seeing cracks, panic set in. Tried contacting local surveyors to no avail.

Thankfully. I got a call from geosec after leaving my details. An initial call to confirm my details, followed by a call from Paul shortly after. Paul was very professional and helpful, after seeing images and hearing the description, he gave detailed advice and explained that whilst it isn't subsidence, it was likely due to other factors.

Highly recommended. Angelina took the time and care to ensure each aspect of the job was covered (including the advice to book a drain team to ensure no danger to the pipework - thanks to the gents at Advanced Drainage). Azaan and the onsite team were friendly, courteous and worked diligently despite challenging weather conditions. I made an enquiry about a property I have moved into, as I was concerned there might be some subsidence.
I saw the advertisement, of no work no fee, and was a little dubious, but thought I would give it a go.  Firstly I was asked to send in photos of affected areas, then I had a video call.  The engineer decided it was a good idea to visit the property, even though he thought it was probably thermal settling not subsidence.  He had a good look around before saying, that, yes there were some things they could do to help with the issues I had, but that it wasn't subsidence and we didn't need to pay thousands for remedial action.  His recommendation was to remove a tree near the property to prevent any further damage.  All of this was completely cost free.  Thought it might have been a gimmick, but it wasn't.  So thank you very much Geosec, you have given us peace of mind and we really appreciate your honesty. Had some concerns about subsidence at our property. I spoke with Angleina who then came out to inspect the area of concern. She was fantastic and professional.

It ended up that we didn't need the work done but would certainly come back if this or any other property had issues in the future.
